R2: Not easy for Soliman against Yahya

Not an easy match at all, so many stoppage, Yahya being not happy with the decisions….
Youssef : “I’ve played with Yahya quite a lot before. We play with the same coach and I know how tough he is. He plays very fast, and I do like playing fast as well, so I had to sometimes mix it up because I knew that if we played fast and furious we would do equal mileage. So I had to just be smarter in a few phases in the matcha and I think I did this very well.
“Resetting the rallies was key. Looking for the holds and that’s how I managed to beat him today by breaking his rhythm.
“It’s great playing back in Cairo in front of your home crowd and family so I’m definitely feeling excited for this week. I don’t know who I will be playing yet but I’m sure I’m going to get a tough match in the quarter-finals either way.”
